    DISRUPTIONS IN ~OKEANOS SERVICE

    From Friday September 9, at 9 p.m., we have observed some functionality problems that affect a number of Virtual Machines as well as Pithos+.
    We are working hard in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    UPGRADING ~OKEANOS, NEW FEATURES COMING!

    Hello ~okeanos users,

    We are happy to announce that on Thursday, May 12 2016 we will be doing a major upgrade to the ~okeanos service, with a new version of the Synnefo software.

    The upgrade will start at 08:00 EET and we expect it to last 3 hours, until 11:00 EET.
    During the upgrade Astakos, Cyclades and Pithos+ Web UIs and their APIs will be unavailable.
    Your standard-storage VMs and Pithos+ files should remain unaffected. However, the disk of your archipelago VMs may freeze for a few minutes in the above timeframe.

    SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE/UPGRADE OPERATION

    We'd like to inform you about scheduled maintenance/upgrade for ~okeanos service between 08:00 EET and 10:00 EET on Wednesday, April 27.

    Your VMs and Pithos+ files should remain unaffected.
    Maintenance is expected to cause disruptions to ~okeanos services. Astakos, Cyclades and Pithos+ Web UIs and their APIs will be unavailable for a short time during the upgrade.

    No loss of connectivity is expected for the VMs.

    SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE/UPGRADE OPERATION

    Due to infrastructure maintenance and security upgrades, the ~okeanos service will be disrupted between 18:00 and 20:00 EET on Wednesday, March 16.

    Any running virtual machines will be temporarily shut down during maintenance and automatically restarted afterwards.

    Keep in mind that you should restart any running services that won't start automatically after a reboot.

    SCHEDULED NETWORK MAINTENANCE

    We'd like to inform you about scheduled network maintenance in our Datacenter between 16:00-18:00 EEST on Friday, Jan 22 2016.

    Your VMs and Pithos+ files should remain unaffected. The maintenance is expected to cause minor disruptions to the ~okeanos service, with transient loss of connectivity to the VMs, Cyclades and Pithos+ Web UIs and their APIs.
    We cannot e xclude longer periods of connectivity loss within this window, but we will strive to keep them to a minimum.
